Chris Nere
Husband. Father of Five. Creative Real Estate Investor.
Chris has spent nearly a decade building businesses and teams in acquisitions, fix-and-flips, long-term holds, and co-living repositioning. His focus is on structuring deals that solve real problems, for sellers who need options, lenders who want returns, and buyers who want inventory that performs.
Since 2016, Chris has been active across the Atlanta metro and surrounding markets, innovating around the evolving needs of homeowners and investors. He serves as a Regional Leader in SubTo and is connected across Owners Club and Gator, bringing those resources directly to the Providence Homes team and network.
