5. SMS Communications Consent

By submitting a form on our website and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Providence Homes in connection with your inquiry. This includes automated messages sent through our CRM platform.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Opting out will remove you from SMS communications but may not affect email communications or our ability to contact you through other channels regarding active transactions.

6. Buyer Network Participation

Participation in our buyer network is subject to profile review and approval at our discretion. Membership in the buyer network does not guarantee receipt of any specific deal or any deal at all. Deal alerts are sent based on criteria matching and are subject to availability.

Buyers are expected to conduct their own due diligence on any property presented. Providence Homes makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, title, value, or suitability of any property.

7. Capital Partner and Lending Relationships

Any discussion of lending opportunities, equity partnerships, or capital deployment on this website is for informational purposes only. Actual terms of any investment or lending arrangement are subject to separate written agreements executed between the parties, which may be with a specific Providence Homes affiliated entity rather than Providence Homes LLC itself.

Providence Homes does not guarantee any rate of return, repayment timeline, or protection of capital. All lending and investment activities carry risk. Lenders and investors are encouraged to review all transaction documents carefully and engage independent legal counsel before committing capital.

Where Providence Homes acts as a capital connector rather than a direct borrower or lender, it facilitates introductions only. The terms, security, and obligations of any resulting transaction are solely between the lender and the borrower.

8. Deal Submissions from Wholesalers, Agents, and Bird Dogs

Submission of a property deal or referral does not create any obligation on the part of Providence Homes to purchase the property, enter into a joint venture, or pay any referral or assignment fee. Any fee arrangement must be agreed upon in a separate written agreement prior to closing, which may be with a specific Providence Homes affiliated entity.

Providence Homes reserves the right to decline any deal submission at its sole discretion without explanation.

9. Team Applications

Submission of a team application does not constitute an offer of employment, partnership, or compensation. The Providence Homes team operates on a commission-only, independent contractor basis. Team membership, compensation terms, and activity expectations are governed by separate agreements presented during the onboarding process, which may be with a specific Providence Homes affiliated entity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Providence Homes LLC, its affiliated entities, or its content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.
